Where can costs differ?
Access equipment, mobilisation, working arrangements, repeat visits, specialist interpretation and time spent assembling usable records can change the overall cost. Drones may reduce some access requirements, but safe operating arrangements and physical follow-up can still be necessary.
Compare like for like
Use quotations for the same buildings, scope and period. Apply the same VAT basis. Check whether access, permissions, specialist investigation, repeat capture, portal access and reporting are included. Traditional providers may also use drones, thermal capture and digital platforms.
How to use the comparison
