What this notice covers
This notice covers visitors to ovrsite.co.uk, people who submit a website form or contact us by email, telephone or meeting, and our prospects, clients, suppliers and other professional contacts.
When Ovrsite processes inspection imagery, building information or client data through Atlas, our role and obligations depend on the service. Those activities are also governed by the relevant contract and data-processing terms; this website notice is not the complete notice for every Atlas data flow.

What we collect
You provide
Name, work contact details, organisation, role, portfolio details, enquiry content, meeting notes, preferences and contractual or billing information.
Collected online
IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, referring source, campaign information, form events, security logs and—if you consent—analytics identifiers.
Other business sources
Professional contact information from colleagues, introductions, company websites, professional networks, advisers, partners or event organisers.
Please do not include special-category information, criminal-offence information or unnecessary personal information about other people in a website form.

We may also disclose information to regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, professional advisers or a buyer or successor where the law permits or requires it and appropriate protections apply.
05Transfers & retention
Where data is processed and how long we keep it
Some suppliers or their subprocessors may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this involves a restricted transfer, we use an applicable lawful mechanism and safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum. Contact us if you want information about safeguards relevant to your data.
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose and for legal, accounting, security or dispute requirements. As a guide, unsuccessful enquiries and inactive prospect records are reviewed after 24 months from the last meaningful interaction; core client, contract and accounting records may be kept for up to seven years; and a minimal suppression record may be retained to honour a marketing objection. We may keep records longer for a live complaint, investigation or legal claim.
06Cookies & similar technologies
You choose non-essential measurement
Essential technology serves pages, protects the site and remembers your privacy choice. It may process request, device and security information and does not require your consent where the legal exemption applies.
Google Analytics, HubSpot and Apollo are non-essential on this site. They are blocked unless you select “Accept non-essential”. If accepted, they may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits, sources, sessions and enquiry activity. Selecting “Reject non-essential” does not restrict the main website.
You can revisit your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops the trackers on the next page load and removes the known first-party analytics cookies that the site can clear.
