01 Why we exist
The condition data was never good enough to bet millions on.
Ovrsite was built by people who watched capital decisions get made on partial inspections and educated guesses. Owners need condition evidence that is clear about its source, coverage and limitations.
We set out to give institutional property owners something better: capture scoped to the building, analysis with clear limits, human review, and one place to hold it all. Evidence first, so the decision can be defended later.

Evidence, not assertion
Findings stay connected to their source imagery. Real data, real imagery, real numbers. Each finding links back to the image it came from.
Independent by design
We do not do the repairs we find. That keeps our findings honest and your evidence defensible.
Built for institutions
Machine speed, human judgement
The Ovrsite AI engine helps sort thousands of images. Our team reviews the findings and their limitations before release. You get both.
03 Data protection & residency
Your data, protected.
Building-condition data is sensitive. We treat it that way, from capture to the moment you act on it.
Where your data is held
Ovrsite Enterprise's code, hosting, processing and storage are based in AWS London (eu-west-2). Discuss any specific procurement requirements with us.
You own your data
Every inspection, image and finding on your estate belongs to you. We hold it so you can act on it, and you can export or remove it.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Your inspection data and imagery are encrypted in transit and at rest, by default.
Enterprise hosting
Ovrsite Enterprise uses AWS London (eu-west-2). Cloud-provider certifications should not be interpreted as certification of the Ovrsite application.
Access you control
Access is by individual user login, not shared credentials. You decide which colleagues, consultants and contractors can see your records.
ICO registered
Ovrsite is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Personal data is processed in line with UK GDPR, and we capture only what an inspection needs.
Data Processing Agreement
A Data Processing Agreement is available on request, written to clear institutional procurement.
