People working at height

Every finding reviewed before you see it
More than drone inspections.
A regulatory and risk intelligence platform.
Capture
UAV visual and radiometric thermal data capture. Safer than scaffolding and faster than cherry pickers. Legally preferred under Work at Height Regulations 2005. No personnel at height, no site disruption and full envelope coverage in hours.
Process
AI-assisted detection system trained on building envelope failure patterns - membrane damage, drainage failure, cladding displacement, cracking, spalling, and thermal anomalies. Every finding human-reviewed so no unvalidated outputs reach your Ovrsite dashboard.
Intelligence
Live portfolio portal, building condition league tables, CAPEX forecasting, and regulatory compliance mapping through our Atlas platform. Raw inspection data becomes board-level decisions.
We’ve replaced static PDF reports with live, evolving intelligence.
Your Portfolio.
Live. Prioritised. Actionable.
Ovrsite Atlas
Atlas transforms inspection data into portfolio-level intelligence. See compliance status, condition rankings, and CAPEX exposure across your entire estate - in one view. Not another folder of images. A governed intelligence engine.
Your first building is on us.
We'll inspect one building, process it through our Atlas platform, and show you how you could be managing your portfolio.
No commitment. No invoice.

We work across three primary segments: higher-risk residential buildings (18m+ / 7+ storeys) under the Building Safety Act 2022, large commercial and retail portfolios where building condition drives asset value, and general commercial buildings including healthcare estates, education campuses, and industrial buildings.
-
Most drone operators deliver folders of images or a basic PDF report. Ovrsite delivers structured intelligence - every finding is AI-detected, human-reviewed, tagged with severity and priority, mapped to your regulatory obligations where applicable, and published to a live portfolio dashboard with CAPEX estimates and recommended actions. The drone is our capture mechanism. Atlas is the product.
-
Atlas is our building intelligence portal. Clients log in to see portfolio-level compliance status, building condition league tables, prioritised findings with annotated imagery, CAPEX forecasts, and downloadable RICS-aligned reports. For HRBs, Atlas maps every finding against Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, and related regulatory obligations.
-
Yes.
For higher-risk buildings, Atlas maps external envelope inspection findings to the relevant obligations under BSA 2022, including continuous risk monitoring (ss.83–84), BAC evidence requirements (s.80 and Reg 3 of SI 2023/907), Golden Thread keeping standards (SI 2024/41), and external wall fire safety obligations under the Fire Safety Act 2021.
We generate BAC Evidence Packs that complement a Chartered Engineer’s assessment. We provide the external envelope evidence, not the assessment itself.
-
We can typically mobilise within 5 working days for standard inspections. 24-hour emergency response is available. A single building inspection is usually completed in hours, not days. Results appear in Atlas within 48 hours.
-
We offer a free first-building assessment so you can see the full value before any commitment. Ongoing pricing depends on portfolio size, building complexity, and inspection cadence - book a call and we'll provide a tailored proposal.

All operations are conducted by CAA-registered pilots under current permissions, with £10M public liability insurance. Drone inspection is the legally preferred alternative under the Work at Height Regulations 2005 hierarchy. All reporting is RICS-aligned.
