Clients log in to see portfolio-level compliance status, building condition league tables, prioritised findings with annotated imagery, CAPEX forecasts, and downloadable RICS-aligned reports. For HRBs, Atlas maps every finding against Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, and related regulatory obligations.

Do you help with Building Safety Act compliance?

Yes. For higher-risk buildings, Atlas maps physical inspection findings directly to statutory obligations under the BSA 2022, including continuous risk assessment (s.83-84), BAC readiness (s.79), Golden Thread requirements (SI 2024/41), and fire safety obligations. We generate BAC Evidence Packs that a Chartered Engineer can use during assessment. Atlas is a decision-support tool — final statutory responsibility remains with the Accountable Person and qualified assessors.

How quickly can you inspect my buildings?

We can typically mobilise within 5 working days for standard inspections. 24-hour emergency response is available for post-storm or urgent damage assessments. A single building inspection is usually completed in hours, not days. Results appear in Atlas within 48 hours.

How much does it cost?

Is this compliant with UK health and safety regulations?

All operations are conducted by CAA-registered pilots under current permissions, with £10M public liability insurance underwritten by Lloyd's of London. Drone inspection is the legally preferred alternative under the Work at Height Regulations 2005 hierarchy. All reporting is RICS-aligned.
